Though clean and comfortable, strong jet noise from the UPS flights made it hard to sleep at times. The staff were friendly and the room had nice updates, but limited breakfast options and an AC that needed attention were drawbacks. Overall, a decent place to stay if noise isn't a concern.

Solo traveler, decent place

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the lady at the front desk. She helped me when I needed a charger for my dead phone and didn't even complain when I lingered around.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you know, it was still acceptable for what I got.

I loved staying here as it's just a short drive to Churchill Downs and Kentucky Kingdom, making it perfect for weekend strolls and quick visits to iconic spots while enjoying the local park vibes.

We had a pleasant time during our stay, especially enjoying the close proximity to the Expo Center, which made it easy for our family of five to explore and find activities. The room was clean, spacious enough for our three teenagers,...  

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, free parking, and a snack bar. The staff once helped me find my lost wallet, and their kindness always makes my stay pleasant. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back...  

Upon entering the room, I was greeted by the stubborn scent of cigarette smoke, even in a non-smoking room. The carpet sported some questionable wet spots that felt off-putting, and I found myself less than thrilled after receiving a queen room instead of my reserved king without any price adjustment. Additionally, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. I encountered hair on the toilet seat, and the floors were oddly sticky, almost as if they hadn’t seen a proper mopping in a while.

While the breakfast options were quite limited, the comfortable amenities and the overall experience were satisfactory for my short stay enjoying a nearby event.

The King Room was spacious and had a cozy atmosphere with premium bedding and a flat-screen TV, making it perfect for relaxing after our long days. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more...
